Help Anas escape from Gaza and rebuild his life

Hi! My name is Zainab and I'm from Bahrain but I reside in the UK at the moment. I'm fundraising on behalf of my friend, Anas. I will leave his story below in Arabic then provide a translatated version just below it:

مرحبا بالجميع انا أنس عمري 21 سنة اعيش في غزة

كان من المفترض أن أكون أكمل تعليمي في الجامعة، وكنت متحمس للغاية لإنهائه بدرجات عالية. كان حلمي دائمًا هو السفر إلى الخارج لمواصلة دراستي الجامعية.

لقد دمرت هذه الحرب كل شيء، مدرستي، منزلي، قتلت معلميني ودمرت أحلامي.

أنا أيضًا صاحب عمل كنت أعمل مع أخي في شركته، وكان لدي حلم بأن أصبح سيد أعمال

المكان الذي كنت أعمل فيه تدمر واحترق

غادرت إلى مواصي خان يونس للعيش في خيمة، غادرنا منزلنا دون أن نأخذ معنا أي شيء، كل شيء احترق ودمر الآن.

لقد خسر والدي كل ما عمل من أجله طوال حياته، منزله، عمله

في الوقت الحالي، يتعين على والدتي كل يوم أن تطبخ على نار الحطب وتخبز الخبز لعائلتي، فنحن نعيش حياة بدون كهرباء أو ماء أو أي ضروريات أخرى.

عندي 3 أخوات، و3 اخوان يحتاجون إلى تغذية ورعاية جيدة من أجل صحتهم

أما بالنسبة لأخواتي، فيجب عليهن مواصلة تعليمهن في الكلية، ويجب عليّ إكمال دراستي في الجامعة

ساعدوا عائلتي على النجاة من هذه المذبحة، واستكمال تعليمنا، وإعادة بناء حياتنا والعيش في بيئة آمنة.

"Hello everyone, I am Anas, a 21 years old living in Gaza.

I was supposed to be completing my university education, and I was very excited to finish it with high grades. My dream was always to travel abroad to continue my university studies.

This war has destroyed everything—my school, my home, it killed my teachers and destroyed my dreams.

I am also a business owner; I used to work with my brother in his company, and I had a dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

The place where I worked was destroyed and burned.

I left for Mawasi Khan Younis (Rafah) to live in a tent. We left our home without taking anything with us. Everything is now burned and destroyed.

My father lost everything he worked for his entire life—his home, his business.

Currently, my mother has to cook on a wood fire and make bread for my family every day. We are living a life without electricity, water, or any other necessities.

I have three sisters and three brothers who need good nutrition and care for their health.

As for my sisters, they must continue their education in college, and I must complete my studies at the university.

Help my family survive this massacre, continue our education, rebuild our lives, and live in a safe environment.

I need $45,000 to travel to Egypt, $5,000 per person (my six siblings, myself and my parents), to fund the travel fees."

Anas's story is tragic and the least I can do is help him by starting this campaign. I will be transferring the funds to him via a direct bank transfer.
