Help Anakin Recover From Pancreatitis Emergency Vet Care

Anakin is far from a sith lord of the dark side. Our 6-year-old little chihuahua can change anyone's frown into a smile as his charming and sweetness lifts everyone around him. Suddenly, Anakin had to be rushed to the ER vet for throwing up blood multiple times. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis.

My partner and I are a neurodivergent, disabled LGBTQ+ couple. At the time we got the call he was being rushed to the ER, we were just outside a leasing office, to sign our very first apartment lease. Both me and my partner have been working diligently to move out from abusive situations, which has caused severe CPTSD in both of us, including other medical issues.

Anakin has served as not only my best friend and little baby, but he is also my ESA. Now, he has two moms who love him beyond anything else in this world right now, and we are seeking help with his ER vet bill. Not that any timing for an emergency is good, but we are struggling to pay his vet bill and to provide him with the additional shots he needs because of our current situation and finances.

Anakin, or "Anibanani" is an irreplicable sweetheart. He never barks at strangers and welcomes friendly pets. He can be shaky and a bit territorial, but that's when you try to move him out from under his blankets!

Please, we ask that any amount you can offer will help us with paying his vet bills. Any additional amount will help us provide him with specialty food, shots, and lastly any cost to help us settle into our new apartment where we and Anakin are safer from extreme family-home conditions.
