Hey guys. Lindsay Warren here. I'm assisting Anahita King get her memorial scholarship off the ground! It will benefit one Royal Oak High School senior per year.

 

Anahita's words: "My son Danny would have turned 23 on January 17, 2022. He was 17 when he died by suicide on 05/30/2016. He was compassionate, hilarious, caring, charming and kind. Danny was always full of life and had a gift at making people laugh, feel present and feel alive. He loved listening to music and hanging out with his friends, riding his scooter, skateboarding. He also loved photography, poetry, art, fashion, and wrestling. Danny's beautiful soul is still so alive through everything and everyone he touched.

 

Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death in teens and young adults and the 3rd cause of death in children 10-14, even though it’s 100% preventable."
