Help Ana Ortiz Fight for Her Life and Family

Hi beautiful family and friends ,

My name is Erika .

I am writing this in hopes of raising funds to help my dear sister Ana Ortiz fight stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to her lungs , liver and kidneys.

This feels so odd to be writing when it’s you on the other side of the gofund me but here we are . Reaching out to all of these wonderful people that have donated and poured such a blessing on helping people fight for a second chance at life .

My sister Ana has a birthday coming up in January to turn 51 years young. She is a wife and mother to 4 . She has 4 beautiful grand babies . She is the Pilar to her family and is her kids best friend. She is extremely loved by all of us . She sweet , short, funny and beautiful. Lights up a room when she’s present . A little over 2 years ago in 2023 she went to the emergency room for a small discomfort on her side . We didn’t think much of, we thought she’d walk out those

doors shortly with a prescription to just help that go away in thought of it probably just being an infection of some sort , nothing too serious! NO ! That day she called us and we received the worst news a husband, children , mother , father , siblings could ever hear . “ They’re saying I have cancer “ my poor sister was diagnosed alone with no one to hold her hand . She was confused and scared as were we. She was told by her oncologist it was terminal and she only had a few months to live . It was the worst time for her and her kids . My sister and her little family made a pact to leave it in God hands as we are believers and we know that OUR GOD is doctor of all doctors. He is our healer . We have faith the Lord will heal her !!! 1 month later they started her on chemo , many times they changed medication to upper the dosages because it would work then stop working . Fast forward to now chemo has done a lot to her body she is weak , extremely tired , it’s a bit difficult for her to eat . We hate to see her in pain like this . Her doctor told us she recommended her to go on hospice. BUT WE DO NOT AGREE we are going to fight until the very end to get her the proper medication and holistic healing with our faith and Lord on our side my sister Ana will see this through and she will grow old to see her kids and grand babies grow . She is currently being transferred to a further hospital to undergo a surgery for a blockage she has . So I am here to ask for your help we would greatly appreciate it . Your support whether through prayer, donations or shares will help with medical expenses and allow her to focus on healing and remind her that she is NOT ALONE in this fight !!
