Help Ana Lucia & Harrison rebuild their home

On Wednesday, September 15, my daughter Analu and her partner Harrison survived their van falling down a steep precipice. The van rolled over five times, ejecting Analu from through the windshield, while Harrison and their dog Rhonda were trapped inside. Both were hospitalized that night. Analu suffered from head and leg injures, she has already left the hospital and is fine. Harrison suffers from two fractured vertebrae in his spine, a liver laceration and a broken rib. He is currently in intensive care, stable but with controlled pain. Their beloved dog, Rhonda, died in the accident.

Analu and Harrison are an admirable young couple, full of life with a great love for nature. They started their own construction company focusing on rehabilitating old vans into tiny houses, and creating garden beds. Before their accident they were rebuilding a house they had bought earlier this year. They had great plans for rebuilding it with sustainable, recycled materials and found items. They had just removed all the walls with asbestos, and were getting ready to replace the walls, and add windows. Analu and Harrison's work is completely physical, they are dedicated to permeaculture and construction.

The Van they rented was completely lost, the house currently under construction was left without walls, unprotected and exposed. Analu and Harrison are now left without a car and without a home.

In honor of their lost dog Rhonda, we are naming this “Rhonda’s fund”. We are asking our community of friends and family to get together and donate some money as well as give them strength and support at this moment. All proceeds will be used to pay for medical expenses, $ to finish their house so that when Harrison gets out of the hospital, both he and Analu have a home with walls to come back too.

We thank you in advance for all your donations and your love.
