He sido víctima de abuso, manipulación y amenazas, y ahora estoy atrapada en una batalla legal profundamente injusta por la custodia de mi hija. Estoy luchando para evitar que me separen de ella, a quien he cuidado desde el primer día de su vida con todo el amor del mundo.

Mi hija depende completamente de mí. Yo trabajo duro para cubrir todas y cada una de sus necesidades. Lo hago con dedicación, sacrificio y el corazón de una madre que da hasta lo que no tiene para que su hija esté bien.

Pero mis ingresos simples —los de una mamá que lucha por salir adelante— no alcanzan para cubrir además los costos exageradamente altos de abogados, procesos, mociones y audiencias constantes. Estoy agotada física, emocional y económicamente. Y, aún así, no puedo dejar de luchar, porque lo que está en juego es mi hija.

La otra parte tiene muchos más recursos y ha usado tácticas que nunca deberían usarse contra una madre. Por razones legales no puedo compartir detalles, pero sí puedo decir que ha sido una batalla extremadamente injusta y desequilibrada.

Mi mayor miedo es quedarme sin representación legal justo cuando se acerca el juicio crucial. Necesito apoyo para seguir defendiendo mi derecho a criar a mi hija, a mantenerla segura y con su mamá, que es donde siempre ha estado protegida y amada.

The other party has far more resources and has used tactics that should never be used against a mother. For legal reasons, I cannot share details, but I can say that this has been an extremely unjust and unbalanced battle.

My greatest fear is being left without legal representation just as the crucial trial approaches. I need support to continue defending my right to raise my daughter, to keep her safe, and with her mother, where she has always been protected and loved.
