"My name is Ana

After the protests of January 8–9, my life changed forever. Since then, I have remained at risk and have been living in constant fear.

Every day, our financial situation becomes more difficult, and with the economic pressure on Iran expected to increase in the coming days, we are struggling even more. We can no longer afford many of our basic living expenses, and we are even struggling to pay for my mother’s medical care.

My mother and I live together, and she requires ongoing medical care and support. We are currently living in an extremely unstable situation, and I urgently need help to continue our lives and keep my mother safe and cared for.

Starting this fundraiser was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. I never imagined that I would have to ask others for help, but I have reached a point where I can no longer continue this journey alone.
