Help a positive, helpful retired teacher stay on the road!.

Marsha is a retired teacher who is one of the kindest, most caring friends you’ll ever meet. I want to get her help so she can keep helping others. She runs errands and shops for people who are more restricted than she is. She needs her car to do that. She needs help to do some chores herself but finds joy and purpose in helping others. She is present for her friends and helps with emotional issues. She does volunteer work on zoom. She is always helping someone.

Due to the Covid pandemic she has lost her ability to work her part time job as a substitute teacher since the schools are not safe places for her to go due to her immune compromised condition and health concerns.

The initial Covid relief helped her last year. Now there is no relief available for her. Her income has been reduced by a third and she has fallen behind on her payments on the car and her medical bills. She needs $1000 by the end of the month (October 2021) and monthly gifts of $700.

She needs help making those payments ideally if we can collect enough gifts to pay off the car and her medical balance, she could live on her social security and small pension. In the alternative we could help her make the payments and stay on the road being independent and helping others
