I fostered a second cat last summer, and ended up with an allergic asthma diagnosis. I need allergy shots to treat it, but there's no way I can afford the high co-pays. I need shots twice a week for two months, and my co-pay is $90. On top of the treatment, I also am finishing my testing and have prescriptions and other medical expenses I can't afford on top of it.

I'm an organizer and substitute teacher trying to find more long-term employment, and I have a lot of other debt that makes it tough to keep my head above water.
