The Thorne family, long time members of our Island Elite Cheer community, has lost 70% of their home in a devastating fire. While insurance will eventually help them rebuild, they are moving into temporary housing and starting from scratch with no furniture, clothing, or daily essentials.

The Thornes have been a part of our gym for years, and two of their children are currently dedicated athletes on Mystic and Sirens. Now, it’s our turn to show them the same support and strength they bring to our program.

We are raising funds to provide immediate relief as they start over. Donations will go toward clothing, food, furniture, and other essentials they need right now.

If we exceed their needs or once insurance coverage kicks in, any extra funds will be donated to the Esquimalt Firefighters Society under our gym’s name.
