Hello everybody,

My name is Tara Jamali Gandomani, and I am a dancer and performer originally from Iran.

I was selected through the EurAsia Audition Middle East 2025 and chosen to become part of the EurAsia Dance Project International Network, directed by Stefano Fardelli.

I am now a EurAsia Student and was awarded a 40% EurAsia Scholarship to pursue a three-year professional dance education program at the Contemporary Dance School Hamburg (CDSH), an Official EurAsia Partner in Germany.

For me, dance is a practice of joy, collectivity, and freedom. It is a way to reclaim and liberate the body within a repressive system.

As a woman and a dancer, both my life and my artistic practice have been shaped by political conditions in which dance is often restricted and cannot exist freely in public. Continuing my artistic path in a freer environment has become essential for the growth and sustainability of my practice.

The funds raised through this campaign will help me meet the financial requirements for my student visa and cover my tuition and living expenses as I begin this new journey of my education.
