Hi everyone, my name is Ansofie, and I am opening this GoFundMe on behalf of my friend Tringa from Kosovo, who has dedicated her entire life to rescuing abandoned and suffering animals completely alone.
Every day she sacrifices herself for dogs and cats nobody else wants. She spends her days feeding, rescuing, cleaning, taking injured animals to vets and trying to save lives, often while neglecting her own health, sleep and personal life just so these souls can survive
A few days ago, right in front of her eyes, a young abandoned Husky was hit by a car while he was playing with other dogs.
She could not leave him there suffering and dying in pain, so she immediately picked him up and rushed him to the veterinarian.
After examinations and X-rays, the vets confirmed devastating injuries: the Husky has two severe pelvic fractures and one broken leg. He urgently needs TWO orthopedic surgeries to survive and walk again.
Each surgery costs around 400€, meaning the surgeries alone are approximately 800€.
But sadly, that is only the beginning...
Because of how serious his injuries are, he must remain hospitalized under constant veterinary supervision for weeks. Huskies are energetic dogs by nature, and even while injured they still try to stand up, move or jump. Right now, even one wrong movement could destroy the surgeries and leave him permanently damaged
He needs strict cage rest, pain medication, injections, daily therapy, monitoring and professional care 24/7 until the bones slowly heal properly
The clinic stay and treatments cost around 30€ every single day, and with surgeries, medications, complications and a long recovery, the total cost will likely exceed 2000€.
Despite already caring for so many rescued animals completely alone, Tringa still could not turn her back on him. Even drowning in debt and exhaustion, she chose compassion again.
This sweet Husky is still fighting. He drinks water, he looks at people with hope in his eyes, and he deserves the chance to live a life without pain
Please, if you can help even with a small donation or by sharing his story, it would mean the world to us. Every single euro brings him one step closer to surgery, healing and a second chance at life
