Help an Indigenous trans person get top surgery

My name is Cash Martinez (he/him/his) and I am a young Southern Pomo and Chicano trans boy living in San Francisco. I came out as nonbinary in my senior year of high school, began going by Cash, and have since lived my life openly as a trans POC. This past year, I came out as trans masculine and began taking testosterone. I have been talking with a gender therapist for several sessions about my goals regarding my transition, and believe that is medically necessary for me to receive top surgery within the next few months.

Though my insurance will cover most of it, I will still have to pay up to possibly $4,000 for the surgery, including hospital fees, medications, etc. The money that is raised here will also help to cover my aftercare fees and the time I need to take off work to recover. Any money that is leftover will be donated to the Positive Images LGBTQ center in Santa Rosa, California, to support LGBTQ youth. Thank you for reading!
