Help an illness that people cant see ❤️

I’m doing dry January and may even extend it further. This is a very personal charity for me that hits home very hard. I’ve been through so many battles for so many years now which has made me realise that more needs to be done to help people that suffer with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, grief and so on. This fund raising page isn’t for me it’s just a way to thank all the professionals, family and friends for all their support these last couple of months and to help others suffering from all these things no one can see. Only the person suffering can feel. There is a way out for everyone who’s felt the same way I did.
