Help an Aspiring High School Engineer Pursue His STEM Career

I am a 16 year old foster kid with aspirations in pursuing an engineering career, and I need your help! My name is Moses Hartley Romero, I am a sophomore (soon to be junior) in highschool, and I have found myself in quite a predicament. Many of the main things I am doing in regards to STEM that require a laptop are CAD (3D Computer Aided Design), spreadsheets, documentation, simulation running, and business management. The issue at hand? I currently lack one due to extrenuating circumstances, and the position I find myself in currently leaves little room for obtaining the funds for one myself.
