Hi ​, my name is Shaah Kamuruko ​. I’m a multidisciplinary artist, creative director in the making, and founder of “Queer & Clear” - a soon-to-launch mobile pop-up bazaar supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC creators in the Netherlands.

Right now, I’m doing everything I can to keep up with the demands of my art. I’ve use my desk chair as an easel. I’m painting in cramped room with unfortunate lighting ​. And I’ve juggled creative projects with a job that barely pays enough to cover materials, let alone help my practice grow.

I’m raising funds to build a proper studio space, buy essential art supplies, and finally launch pop-up art events where I and others can exhibit, collaborate, and thrive ​‍​.

I also want to begin creating prints of my work and screen-printing my art onto clothing, but I can’t afford the equipment or materials I need to get started.
