Help an 81 year old homeless woman

Carol is an 81 year old widow with no home. She has no family members to help. She only receives enough social security to pay her bills. She has no money for food or shelter. We needed donations to help her pay for shelter at The Samaritan House in Knoxville, but they have decided she is not aloud there due to having dementia. Anything will help, thank you.
