Hi Friends & Family! It’s me, Amy (Whoa) Woloszyn, reaching out with excitement as I embark on one of the biggest adventures of my life—moving to Lisbon, Portugal!

My 23 years in the Bay Area have been nothing short of transformational. I’ve been reborn at least five times—surviving three serious bike accidents, launching a fitness coaching business to help others rebuild after setbacks, and running Amymade Graphic Design to support incredible organizations in art, music, health, and wellness.

Through it all, you’ve been there—lifting me up in my toughest moments and cheering me on as I reached professional milestones (like getting my 200-hour yoga certification!). Now, I’m reaching out during one of the brightest and scariest transitions yet—taking Disco Wellness international as I begin a new chapter in Lisbon through Portugal’s Digital Nomad visa!
