Support Amy & Vitaly's Dream of Parenthood

We have always envisioned ourselves having children. We discussed it before getting married, and we had no reason to suspect that it would be difficult for us to conceive. In 2019, we decided that we were ready to start building our family. After trying unsuccessfully on our own for a year, we were referred to see a reproductive endocrinologist (fertility specialist). There were some delays in getting medical care due to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, but we persisted and eventually performed all of the necessary tests, treatments, and procedures. It was then that we received the disappointing news that having a child naturally on our own would be highly unlikely due to various life-altering diagnoses (of Amy's), which includes Primary Ovarian Insufficiency. However, we continued to pray, hope, and try to get pregnant without medical assistance, but we have not had success.

We have since continued to consult and done extensive research on all options, and decided to do a fertility procedure in Prague where it is more affordable compared to prices in the US. Because of our limited resources and time being of the essence at this point in our fertility journey, we have decided to reach out to our communities for support.

We invite our communities to help make our chance at becoming pregnant possible both through prayer and financial contributions. However, after the procedure, a live birth is not guaranteed. For us, it is still worth the try. We want our supporters to be aware of the risks and to give only from a place of love and not of obligation as you consider our invitation into our dream of parenthood.
