Hi everyone, I'm Amy and I really need some help getting my teeth fixed up.

13 years ago, I was pregnant and at my first baby doctor appointment. They did the normal blood draw for tests and I started walking, way too soon after losing so much blood. I passed out in the hallway straight onto my chin. Which resulted in a broken jaw, shattering bones and teeth alike. I broke 3 teeth outright, and managed to chip pretty much every other tooth in my mouth.

Fast forward 13 years and not being able to fix everything before it got bad. I'm looking at replacing my entire top row of teeth and patching up the bottom. I've been thru dentist after dentist to try and get it fixed and I've finally found the place I want to complete the fix.

Needless to say the estimate to get it done has me flabbergasted. And I need help.

I've noticed since my teeth have taken a significant turn for the worse that I've been having a hard time finding work in my field of service and hospitality. I am currently employed, but it's only part time. I know with a new smile I'll be able to find full time work.

Please if you have anything to spare to help me improve my life, I would very very much appreciate it.
