My name is Dawn.

My daughter Amy was in a horrific car accident. She spent 6 days in the ICU on life support. Head trauma, skull, eye sockets, and nose fractures. Both lungs collapsed. Lacerations on her face. She lost a lot of blood; they had to airlift her to IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She has no medical insurance, and she totaled her car. She's at home now on her way to recovery.

I'm simply asking for help to meet her everyday needs and maybe get her a reliable vehicle. Thank you and God bless.
