Hi everyone,

My name is Kelly. As many of you know, my best friend's entire life was uprooted and destroyed by Hurricane Helene. Amy has lost her home, all of her belongings, and her job. Nobody truly knows the outcome of what happens next on the island or in what time frame. What I do know is Amy has helped so many people with her time, donations, and unconditional love. She has supported so many of us in our dark days and times of need. This is a complete total loss; her landlord unfortunately has no flood coverage. So that goes without saying she may not even be able to ever return back to her home. If you know Amy, you know she knows no strangers. She would do anything for anyone. I feel helpless being here in Ohio and not being able to be with her and help. She will need to replace her clothing, furniture, all kitchenware, and will need to still pay her daily bills. Together, let's give what we can back to her, so she can start to rebuild her life.
