My name is Amy, and I am reaching out for support as I work to rebuild my life after experiencing domestic violence. The past months have been incredibly difficult, and I am seeking help to find safe housing and replace some of the most important things I lost. Living in my current environment brings back painful memories and makes it hard to heal, so I am hoping to find a room with female roommates where I can feel secure and start fresh.

Some of the items I lost include my glasses, which I need to see clearly, my iPad that I used for studying, and books that were important to my education and personal growth. The iPad was also a special gift from my father, making its loss even more painful. Without these, it has been challenging to keep up with my studies and daily life. I am currently studying languages and working toward becoming a corrective movement specialist, and these resources are essential for my progress.

Despite everything, I am gently incorporating daily victories into my life, like doing yoga, making a cup of tea, and moving gently. These small steps help me find moments of peace and hope. Finding a safe space would mean freedom and a chance to truly heal. I am not used to having anyone around me, so receiving support at this time is very heartwarming. It would mean the world to me to have help as I work toward regaining my sense of peace and building a beautiful life.
