Help Amy pay rent during her battle with cancer

My name is Justin. I'm the eldest and first born son of Amy Dickhaut, a lovely woman who cares about others and refuses to give any less than her best to the world.

 

My mother is currently in the fight of her life, battling metastatic Ovarian cancer.

 

Due to the severity of her symptoms, she can no longer work full time for an income that would support herself or her three children.

 

What I'm asking for is a considerable sum, but it would mean the world to our family. Her rent on her lease this year is 1000 dollars a month, and while I don't know what the future holds for us, I want to make sure she can use as much of her energy on staying healthy and resilient during her treatment as possible.

 

If we could move forwards without having to struggle to make ends meet while facing this momentous and terrifying time in our life, I think it would greatly improve her chances of successfully combating this disease.
