Help Amy Overcome Cervical Instability
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Amy and I was recently in an accident that caused severe cervical instability. Cervical instability is when the ligaments in your neck that support your spine are stretched and become lax and no longer do their job of stabilizing the spine. This causes all kinds of conditions. The obvious neck pain and stiffness. Head pressure and migraines are debilitating. I get dizziness/vertigo, brain fog to the point I cant think straight. I developed POTS from what is likely the blood being restricted in the artery/veins if my neck. This gives fainting spells anytime you sit/stand up. Many other things that I won't take the time to list, but the whole thing has been terrifying to say the least. I have been to many mainstream doctors and nobody knows how to help other than prescribe drugs. I am couch and bedbound everyday because being upright causes increased pain and syptoms. I am in a very dark place mentally, and would love nothing more than to find some sort of recovery from this crippling condition.
My only hope is to see a CCI specialist to have a procedure done that is unfortunately not covered by health insurance. Any help is appreciated, of course, and may you all be blessed with good health and happiness❣️
