Hi my name is Amy Elizabeth Miracle I'm 43 years old and was born with a rare heart defect I was told I would only live till I was 20 however I made it another 20 now I need a heart transplant I don't normally ask for help but as a result of my condition I can not work. My husband is the sole provider of our family so I'm asking for help whatever you can do will be thankful I'm fighting for my life right now and just need some help
