Greetings

On December 8th after a grand mal seizure my wife Amy, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It happenned to be the size of a ping pong ball by the time it was found. The size and location warranted immediate removal as it was pressing on my beautiful wifes frontal lobe which caused the seizures-among other complications.

Within 7 weeks, (and 14 seizures later!) we were lucky enough to have the tumor removed on February 5th of this year by a world renowned surgeon Dr Phillip Theodosopoulos at UCSF. The biopsy told us that this tumor was niether benign nor malignant but an atypical type 2 meningioma that is aggressive growing and could turn malignant. Our surgeon believes he got 100% of the tumor so for now, no radiation and we monitor with an MRI every 90 days to check growth.

My wife thought we should do a go fund me page many months back but I sincerely thought we could make it through finacially and said no. At the time I had no idea how hard it would be to juggle a career and take care of my wife.

As a Realtor, I am able to work from home for the most part-something that I am truly grateful for because my wife has started having seizures again. Meanwhile, the medical bills are piling up and frankly it has gotten a little out of control. Some help at this juncture would definitely ease a ton of stress.

To make this long story a little bit shorter the main reason for this page is so that we hopefully dont lose the home that we actually helped to build that holds great sentimental value to us.
