Help Amy and Chris Overcome Medical & Financial Hardships
Donation protected
Amy and Chris Hildreth both tested positive for Covid Friday, July 19th. Amy was seen by her doctor and was provided with Paxlovid for Covid. She continued to get better, but Chris' symptoms started to worsen. Chris was admitted into the hospital Tuesday, July 30th with Covid and he became sepsis and continued to decline. He developed multiple blood clots in his stomach, along with severe tremors and fever, due to this strand of covid. His symptoms were not getting any better and several more tests and scans were done on him. They discovered that he had rocky mount spotted fever as well. He was administered numerous IV antibiotics for the blood infections, as well as blood thinners to dissolve the blood clots in his stomach. They placed a picc line in his arm so he can continue to have the antibiotics administered from home once he was released. He's now home from the hospital and will be out of work at least for the next three to four months due to his health issues. Amy will have to miss a lot of work as well due to taking care of Chris from home and this will cause a huge financial burden on them.
Amy and Chris would give anyone the shirt off of their back in a time of need and they are in need of our help right now in every way. They appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers, financial help and meals that have been and will be provided!
