We’re the team behind the lABLEd Podcast – a platform created by disabled women,

for everyone seeking authentic stories, told by people who are disabled, ill and different.

Since our launch, we've been passionately sharing unfiltered conversations, lived experiences, and critical insights to challenge misconceptions, dismantle stigma, and foster a sense of community around disability, neurodiversity, mental health, and chronic illness.

We believe in the power of shared stories to transform understanding. We've built this platform on passion and purpose, but we need your support to sustain and grow it.

Creating each episode of lABLEd involves significant behind-the-scenes work lABLEd relies on volunteers to book guests, create edited episodes and manage our social media insuring it's accessible.

W need help with our core production costs. Our show is recorded remotely, meaning we need essential software that is reliable, hosting platforms to reach our audience, and we'd like to invest in potential guest support, and promoting episodes to ensure these crucial messages are heard.

Our Goal is £500. This achievable target will directly fund the next crucial phase of our podcast, allowing us to:

Produce several high-quality, impactful episodes without compromising on sound or accessibility.

Invest in essential tools that streamline our production process and gives us strong branding

Continue reaching new listeners and expanding our community of understanding.
