On July 25, 2025, my world stopped. I felt my face go numb, my body weaken, and I realized—I was having a mini stroke.
This terrifying moment came just weeks after undergoing major surgery in May (an abdominal wall excision and colonoscopy with biopsy) that left me facing complications and a long, painful recovery. For over a year, my health has been spiraling, each setback hitting harder than the last. Now, I’m left trying to heal from both the surgery and the stroke, while pushing through daily to keep my job and a roof over our heads for me and my 6-year-old daughter, Robyn.
Between medical bills, recovery costs, and the emotional toll of trying to stay afloat, it feels like I’m running out of strength. I am doing everything I can—for Robyn, for my education, and for our future—but I can’t do this alone.
Your support will help me cover urgent medical expenses, basic living needs while I recover, and allow me to continue my studies despite these overwhelming challenges. Even a small donation can help us stay stable and give me a chance to heal. If you’re unable to donate, please share this page so it can reach others who may be able to help.
I’ve set a goal of $6,500 because this amount will help cover my immediate medical bills, follow-up care, and the essentials to keep Robyn and me safe and stable while I recover and continue school. Every contribution brings me closer to healing and holding on to hope for a better tomorrow.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, sharing, and supporting me through this fight.
With gratitude,
