Help Amooti smile again

Our dear friend Amooti in Uganda needs your help! She has been a strong and brave single mother raising her son Eric on her own. Despite many aversities, she has managed to put her son through school and give him a real chance for his future.  Amooti is immunocompromised and has been suffering of terrible pain in her hips. She can hardly move anymore and urgently needs a hip replacement. She has been given a quote by CoRSU  Rehabilitation Hospital in Kawuku, Kampala. She will need the equivalent of US$6,000 to pay for the surgery. The quote is only valid for 30 more days, so we hope to schedule the surgery within the next three weeks. Like most people in Uganda, Amooti has no health insurance and cannot possibly raise that amount of money in her lifetime... Her beautiful smile has faded from her face over the past couple of years. Help us put her smile back on her face. This brave women has overcome so much in her life, but now needs all our support.
