Hi, my name is Amiyah I’ve always dreamed of becoming a teacher so I can inspire and support the next generation. I worked hard to save for college, but recently my plans were turned upside down.
My father emptied my bank account — not only taking everything I had saved for school, but also leaving me with a negative balance of $4,000. These funds were going towards my college expenses. I never authorized those withdrawals, and because the account was created when I was a minor, USAA required his signature to remove him from it. That left me powerless with no access to my own money.
I am pursuing legal action, but unfortunately, the process takes time — and school won’t wait. My dream is to begin college in January 2026 (Spring Semester) and pursue my path to becoming a teacher. But right now, I cannot afford tuition or the basic costs of starting school.
I’m asking for your support to help me get back on track. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward tuition, fees, and essential expenses for school. Your kindness will not only help me reclaim my future but also bring me one step closer to becoming a teacher and making a positive impact on students’ lives.
If you cannot donate, sharing this campaign means the world to me. Thank you for helping me rebuild, and for believing in my future.
