Help Amir get his Heart surgery

Hi, my name is Amir and I am only 6 years old. I was born with an unfortunate birth defects that has changed not only my life but the lives of my parents. A birth defect of the heart called an Atrial septal defect, a birth defect of the heart in which there is a hole in my septum wall that divides the upper chambers (atria) of my heart. I had a very difficult surgery when I was only 7 months old that was going to help me temporarily fix the hole in my heart until I was old enough (around 14 years old) to get my major surgery. Unfortunately the hole in my heart is beginning to expand again, as my heart gets bigger, causing my heart to grow in size. Having a large atrial septal is causing extra blood to overfill my lungs and is overworking the right side of the heart and If I don't have this surgery, the right side of my heart eventually enlarges and weakens, the blood pressure into my lungs can also increase, leading to pulmonary hypertension. My parents have dedicated their entire life for me, sold everything they have in order to provide for me, for my check ups, medications and other treatments. But the surgery has come sooner than expected and we do not have enough to cover the costs of everything. unfortunately all their dedication, hard hours of work and sacrifices are still not enough to cover the cost of my big surgery. I am only 6 years old, I love reading books, playing with my toys and one of my dreams is to be able to go to school and make more friends and get to experience a normal joyful life and grow up to help others like me!
