Help Amina Explore Global Mental Health

Assalaamu Alaikum! My name is Amina Hysaw and I am a Junior Psychology major minoring in Africana Studies at Georgia State University. I’ve been accepted into a study abroad program in Argentina starting in May, where I’ll be studying how the country’s current government and social conditions impact the mental health of its citizens.

This program is a unique opportunity to explore global mental health through a cultural lens, expand my academic research, and bring back insights to support underserved communities at home.
