In April 2025, I had a life-changing surgery to align my body with who I am - something I had waited years for.

Sadly, I developed serious complications soon afterwards. I experienced tissue loss and now face ongoing functional issues, along with a devastating loss of sensation and the ability to experience pleasure.

While I’m not in constant physical pain, I live every day with emotional pain, grief, and anxiety over my body.

My surgeon has confirmed that I need complex urethral revision surgery to repair the damage and give me the best chance of regaining comfort and confidence.

I do have an NHS referral, but the waiting list could take years, and I cannot live with this for that long.

The only realistic option is to have this surgery privately. The cost is £11,635, which includes the hospital, surgeon, anaesthetist, and essential follow-up care. I’m unable to access credit or loans, which means the only way to make this possible is by asking for help.
