This is Amelia, a 38-year-old mother of 2 and teacher by profession. She's battled with a rare type of endometriosis for years, endometriosis of the pleura, where tissues grow outside her uterus and unto her chest cavity lining, and cause chronic pain and difficulty breathing with her monthly cycles.
