Help Ameer’s family survive in Gaza

Hello, I am Ameer Al-Hindawi‘s friend from Finland, the one behind this fundraiser. Ameer’s family has gone through a lot during the past 18 months due to Israel’s aggression, and there does not appear to be a stop to the aggression any time soon. I want to share Ameer’s story so you can understand why he wanted me to create a fundraiser.

Ameer’s life has changed drastically since Israel’s genocidal campaign began in 7th of October 2023. He has been forced to leave where he was staying multiple times in search of a safe location, a task currently impossible in Gaza. Like many other civilians, Ameer was arrested and tortured for nine days by the IOF for no justifiable reason. To say the genocide is taking a toll on Ameer’s mental as well as physical health would be an understatement. His dreams of acquiring an education have been crushed by the occupation.

Ameer’s father suffers from diabetes, and he desperately needs medical attention so his condition doesn’t worsen further. By donating, you lessen the chance of Ameer losing his dear father. This matter is urgent, and any help you can give is truly appreciated.

Furthermore, Ameer’s family needs money so they can buy necessities for survival and provide shelter for themselves. Due to the blockade on Gaza, the cost of medicine and food has skyrocketed, and thus it has gotten increasingly difficult to purchase anything from the markets. Ameer also needs money so he doesn’t lose access to the internet. He would like to be able to fix a small part of his house so he can accommodate his family.
