Hi, my name is Amber Rutherford, and I’m raising money to help my mom with her monthly bills. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer. She has chemotherapy every 3 weeks. We will be raising this money for her appointment coming up in October. She will undergo surgery and have to stay in Iowa City for a week, which will put her and her husband out of work for a week or more.

We normally don’t ask for anything from anyone, but they are also raising a 6-year-old while going through this. Anything helps. It will go to rent, groceries, and any other bills that come along the way.
