My name is Amber Dillingham, and I’m reaching out for help during a very challenging time. I’m a mom and caregiver to my daughter (17), my stepdaughter (17), my nephew Noah (9), and my niece (15). I also live with an autoimmune disease, which means I have frequent doctor appointments and need reliable transportation to manage my health and care for my family. Recently, my only vehicle broke down with serious engine issues, leaving me unable to get to medical appointments, take my children to school and work, or even do basic errands like grocery shopping. The car is currently not drivable, and repairs are beyond what I can afford right now.

On top of the car trouble, I’m also dealing with severe dental pain. I’m currently on antibiotics, but I know the pain and infection will return if I can’t get the dental treatment I need soon. The situation is urgent, as the damage is affecting my jaw bone and my overall health.
