My best friend Amber and her sweet Husky, Coco, were brutally mauled by a pack of vicious dogs who escaped their nearby yard. They were on their typical home neighborhood walk when the unprovoked attack occurred. Amber, as any loving dog owner would, tried to protect and save her dear pet. She sustained severe injuries resulting in being transported by ambulance to the hospital for treatment. Her baby, Coco, unfortunately succumbed to her injuries and did not make it. Amber has incurred a large amount of expenses due to this incident that she had no fault in. Hospital bills including x-rays, vaccines and preventative shots(several rounds), emergency wound clinic, antibiotics and pain meds, specialists and continuing aftercare appointments. Vet bills, ambulance bill, medical supplies needed for home care, and weeks of work she will be missing due to her condition as well. On top of all of that, the mental trauma she endured and will have to live with for the rest of her life. Please help my incredible human being of a friend get through her tragic time of need.
