My name is Amber, and right now my family is going through one of the toughest times we’ve ever faced. My grandma has dementia and can barely walk, and my dad is starting to show signs of dementia as well. On top of that, he’s been having seizures, which has made things even more difficult. My mom is doing everything she can to care for both of them, but it’s become too much for her to handle alone. I feel so far away and helpless, knowing that my family needs me now more than ever.

That’s why I’m reaching out for help. I need to move up to Oregon to be with my family so I can help take care of my grandma and dad, and support my mom who is carrying so much on her own. The funds from this fundraiser will go directly toward moving expenses and fixing my car, so I can make the trip and be there for them. Every little bit helps, and your support will make a real difference in our lives.
