Our dear friend is facing a life-changing medical crisis. Last Friday night, she was rushed to the hospital after a sudden and severe health issue left her unable to walk. Today, she was transferred to a rehabilitation hospital, where she will begin the long process of relearning how to walk and regaining her independence. Right now, the doctors do not have a clear release date.

She is a devoted mom of two amazing kids, and being away from them while also worrying about how to keep the household afloat has been incredibly hard on her. Because she is unable to work, her income has stopped, but the bills have not. Medical costs, therapy, and regular household expenses are already starting to pile up.

Cover medical expenses and rehabilitation costs that insurance will not fully pay for

Support her and her children with essential living costs (rent, utilities, groceries, transportation, etc.) while she is out of work and recovering
