On the evening of November 13th, a tragic three-vehicle accident on Forest Hills Road in Winnebago County changed the lives of the Lomax family. Amber was car number 3, involved in the accident. She is the mother of two amazing young boys and is self-employed as a housekeeper.

The accident was caused by a rear-end collision by a driver who didn't have insurance. The accident left multiple families injured, and a two-year-old in the other car died. While the adults are recovering from non-life-threatening injuries, Amber faces numerous medical visits and has been in and out of the hospital seeking care.
