Help Amber Fly to the 2025 World Games

Hey guys, it’s Amber Rauh. I first wanted to thank you for viewing my GoFundMe and taking the time to read about my journey. As many of you know, I play this AMAZING sport called Fistball on the Women’s USA Fistball Team.

On August 6-14, 2025, my team will be competing in the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China. As most of you know, flights to Asia are very expensive, and the surge pricing for a massive event like this makes the ticket prices skyrocket. The organization covers most of the expenses once we are in China, but the athletes are responsible for flight costs and uniforms if we don’t get the funding from sponsors and fundraising.

This will be my second time playing for Team USA in the World Games, and I am super excited to represent our country again! Qualifying for this is very difficult, and it can get expensive. In order to qualify, we had to play in the 2024 Women’s World Championships in Argentina in November, and we found out that we qualified for the World Games at the end of January, which isn’t a lot of time to save for another expensive flight.

I completely understand if in your budgeting you aren’t able to donate. As most of you know, I have always been a very independent person, and asking for help and opening up is incredibly difficult for me. Thank you for taking the time to read about Fistball. Video of Fistball
