Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,
Almost three years ago, I received life-changing news: I was diagnosed with two types of cancer. The first was uterine cancer, which was treated with a hysterectomy. The second was bile duct liver cancer—a much more serious diagnosis, as it's not curable. Since then, I’ve undergone nearly 30 rounds of chemotherapy to manage it and keep fighting for more time with my family.
As you can imagine, chemo has taken a huge toll on my body. My teeth are breaking, and my hair is falling out faster than ever. Despite it all, I’ve done my best to stay strong and present for my children.
Recently, my doctors found abnormal blood cells, and I was told I needed a bone marrow biopsy. Today, I got the news that if the cancer has spread to my blood, chemotherapy will no longer be an option. There is no further treatment if that’s the case.
It’s hard to describe the weight of this news. I don’t know how much time I have left. What I do know is that I want to make the most of it with the people I love most—my kids. One of my biggest wishes is to take them on a trip, to make memories, laugh together, and give them something to hold on to. Just a chance to enjoy life together without the shadow of cancer hanging over us, even for a short while.
Unfortunately, financially, this isn’t something I can do on my own. Bills, treatments, and daily expenses have made it difficult to make this dream come true. So I’m reaching out with vulnerability and hope, asking for your help to make this trip possible. Any contribution—big or small—would mean the world to us.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for keeping us in your thoughts. Your kindness and support truly keep us going.
With love and gratitude,
