Help Amber and Liam start again

If you can please help Amber and Liam start again. Amber and Liam had a tenancy fully paid up to July 13th 2024. When they went to collect their furniture and valuables with a van to move it, they found all their most precious things in bins up the street. Birth certificates, childhood photos, documents, jewellery, sensitive info destroyed by water damage and other peoples rubbish. Their furniture smashed up and left in the street and all valuable possesions removed.

After contacting the landlord and letting agency repeatedly we discovered that the landlord had illegally ordered a clearance if their belongings. Legal action is now in motion, with a solicitor at the advice of Citizens advice, Haarts lettings Dulwhich branch London have said they have written to the landlord to advise he has broken the housing law.

The landlord has said if he is contacted about the matter he will deem it harrassment and refuses to tell Amber and Liam where their furniture, computer equipment, bed, essential medication and many other items have been taken.

Meanwhile Amber and Liam have lost their belongings and furniture and are trying to rebuild their life.
