Help Amber and Baby Luna Leppert
Donation protected
This is the story of The Leppert Family. In spring of this year Amber and Joey were ecstatic to learn that they were expecting a baby!! As every parent dreams of they only prayed for a healthy baby.
Their hearts were broken when 5 1/2 months into the pregnancy they learned that their little angel girl Luna was diagnosed with spina bifida (a section of the spine never formed and their little girl would be born with a hole in her spine) While this broke their hearts into pieces, they believed in miracles and prayed for one. Of course if God chose this for them then they would embrace what life handed them and love Luna with all they had.
At 33 weeks Amber was diagnosed with preeclampsia. She had to have an emergency C-section after only 5 days in the hospital. She was left on a breathing machine because her lungs were so infiltarated with liquid she could breathe on her own. She was moved to the ICU unit.
As Little Luna struggled in this new world her mother fought for her life as well. Thankfully and by the grace of God Amber got better and was released after being in the hospital 8 days.
Last Friday while Little Luna was in her second surgery to close the hole in her back and to place a shunt into her brain, another horror occured. Amber suffered a stroke.
I am asking for donations to help with medical costs, gas, groceries, and bills. Anything at all to help out this precious little family. With the loss of Ambers income and her husband missing so much work due to one medical emegency after the other they are in need of help. Nobody ever wants to have to ask so I have taken it upon myself to do that for them.
Anything you give no matter how big or small will be considered a great blessing and I know they will be ever so grateful for. If you are unable to give please keep them in your prayers and if you attend a church we ask that you add them to your prayer lists.
Thank you for your time. Merry Christmas and God Bless.
