Help Family Rebuild After a Devastating Fire
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Gentry, and I’m sharing this story with a heavy heart, hoping you’ll take a moment to feel the weight of what this family is going through.
Lois, affectionately known to us as Tennille, and Jeff, the steady rocks of their family, have just lived through a nightmare. In the middle of the night, while they were sleeping, a fire tore through their home, taking with it everything they owned—furniture, clothes, school supplies, and cherished memories. But this isn’t just about what they lost physically. It’s about the shock, the fear, and the emotional toll this has taken on them and their two incredible kids, Kaleb and Major.
Lois (Tennille) had just undergone surgery and was in recovery. That night, her teen son, Kaleb, stepped up in an extraordinary way. Kaleb took charge and made sure his mom and younger brother, Major, got out of the house safely. His bravery in the face of such chaos is remarkable.
Jeff was not home, but since then, he has been doing everything he can to hold his family together. They are now without a home and without their daily essentials Their world has been turned upside down, and just the thought of starting over feels overwhelming.
Tennille has always been the one to care for others, always there for her family, wedding clients, and community. She is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, but right now, she does not even have that. Jeff, the father who keeps everything steady, now finds himself needing a lifeline for his family.
I know life is busy, and there are always reasons to look the other way when tragedy strikes someone else. But please, take a moment to put yourself in their shoes. Imagine, being Lois trying to recover from surgery while grappling with the loss of everything. Imagine the helplessness they all feel, the uncertainty of what comes next.
We know this family is strong. They have already shown incredible courage, but they cannot rebuild alone. They need us. They need you.
Your donation can help them get the basics back—a safe place to stay, clothes for the kids, and school supplies.
It is not just about money. It is about showing them that they are not alone in this. That in the face of unimaginable loss, there are still people who care.
Thank you for reading their story.
