My name is Amarie , I’m creating this during one of the most emotional and challenging times in our lives. My 16 year old daughter was shot and robbed on July 19th at 10am in the morning when she was getting ready to go to her job at the salon. She was shot in the shoulder almost hitting her neck and now is not able to move or feel in her right arm which she is right handed at the time of the shooting she was an apprentice at a hair salon and had a hair suite which she provided different services now unable to utilize! I’m thankful she is alive but the mental and physical damage she has suffered is far from over ! She has a long recovery of physical and mental therapy as well as surgery’s She also helped me with her autistic brother none verbal level 3 so now I am left taking care of two disabled children! Please send what you can if you can !I just want to be able to provide for her with anything and everything she needs and the items that was stolen from her If you are unable to send please send a prayer !

This is a devastating situation on many levels, and having a single family home my daughter needs all the support , assistance and love she can get she might never be able to use her right arm again to be able to do what she loves which is hair ! I have had no sleep since the shooting I’m emotionally and financially drained! I’m asking my community to come together and help her in anyway ! Keiana loves dancing singing helping with her brother and doing hair now she can’t do anything she was homeschooled so she could graduate early that was took from her! She wanted to open a salon this year that can’t happen. Going from using your arm every day to not having one has took a big toll on our family to not only being shot but robbed items she loved that I now have to replace for her. It has been a lot but we pray everyday she can feel and move her arm again
