This is for a close friend. Amanda Moore. She is a single mother and desperately needs our help. Please let's help her and her son Carl who is the sweetest boy ever.

On May 29th, carl started feeling bad and having numbness on his left side. I went home from work to take him to the hospital. While the nurse was talking to him, he started to have slurred speech and drooping on his left side of his face. They rushed him to have a ct. The results showed he was having a stroke. So they life flighted him to downtown Houston Texas children's where they did more test and checking to see if his autoimmune disease was back. They put the eeg on him, and he was having seizures again as well. So they put him on anti seizure meds. He has had lots of blood work done. His autoimmune disease was negative, so still no answers as to why he had a stroke. He has veins in his brain and his neck that are too narrow and are not allowing enough blood flow through. His team of neurologists is bringing in rheumatologist team to see why his veins are so small. They are checking for lupus and other things to try and find an explanation. Today 6/6/25 they started a antibody fusion that will take place everyday for 5 days. Then he will have a mri scan of his full body as well to see if the small veins are only in his brain and neck or all over. Don't have any idea of how long we will be here.
